Help with your account
Email info@farhetna.com with the page link and a short description of the issue. Do not send your password, sign-in code or full guest list. You can include a screenshot after hiding private information.
Correct or claim a listing
To correct information, send the listing link and the updated details. If it represents your business, use its claim request with your name, contact details and information supporting your connection to the business. An administrator reviews the request before transferring management to the approved account.
Privacy and data requests
For a copy of your data, a correction or account deletion, email info@farhetna.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify account ownership before acting to protect your information.
Vendor prices and availability
For a venue or service enquiry, use the WhatsApp button or contact details on that listing. The vendor confirms availability, prices and packages; the Farhetna team does not book on their behalf.
