Do I need an account to browse?
You can browse and search without signing in. Sign in to use account features such as saved listings, listing management and invitations.
How do universal and directory searches differ?
Universal search helps you discover listings across directories. A dedicated directory shows only its relevant filters: guest capacity for venues, for example, and different details for other services.
How do I save and compare listings?
Use Save to add a listing to your favourites. For comparison, select two to four listings, open the side comparison panel and choose Compare to see them on a separate page.
How do WhatsApp enquiries work?
The contact button prepares a message with the listing name and link. Add your event date and guest range, or skip them for a general enquiry. The message opens in WhatsApp and is sent only when you send it yourself.
Are prices, locations and availability confirmed?
Details depend on the information available in the listing. Confirm price, capacity, address and availability directly with the vendor. A map marker appears when valid coordinates are available; a missing marker does not mean a business does not exist.
How do reviews and listing claims work?
Reviews are moderated before publication; inappropriate content may be rejected or removed. Listing claims are also reviewed. Approval transfers the listing to the approved claimant’s account and is not a guarantee of service quality.
Can I sign in with Google?
The sign-in page supports Google when connected to the site, or email and password. The directory and invitations share one WordPress account. Other social sign-in options appear only when enabled.
Where do I find my invitations?
Open Invitations from the navigation or your profile. After signing in, create an invitation or continue an existing one and manage guests and RSVPs. Treat guest links as private and do not post them publicly.
What do vendor statistics show?
They show recorded listing visits, views, card impressions and engagements, with a date-range filter. Measurement depends on enabled analytics and visitor consent, so it does not represent every visitor or a count of unique people.
Do I book or pay through the directory?
The directory helps you discover and contact vendors. Booking, payment and cancellation arrangements are agreed directly with the vendor.
