Farhetna’s role
Farhetna is a directory for discovering venues and services and contacting vendors, with separate invitation tools. A published listing or approved ownership claim is not a guarantee of quality, availability or suitability. These terms govern platform use; arrangements for event services are made directly with the vendor.
Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate information and protect your login details. Do not impersonate others, access their accounts, guests or data, disrupt the site or submit misleading or harmful content. Use invitation tools only for events you are authorised to manage.
Listings and ownership claims
Vendors are responsible for accurate business details and the rights to their photos and content. Some listings may be migrated from existing directories and need correcting. Claims require information supporting your connection to the business; management transfers only after approval. Inaccurate or inappropriate content may be restricted or removed.
Bookings, payments and cancellations
Confirm prices, capacity, availability, location and booking, payment, refund and cancellation terms directly with the vendor before committing. The WhatsApp button prepares an enquiry and does not confirm a booking. The directory does not process vendor payments or enter contracts on their behalf.
Reviews and content
Submit reviews based on real experience without abuse or other people’s private information. Reviews are moderated before publication and may be rejected or removed. By submitting content, you give Farhetna the permission needed to display and manage it as part of the service while retaining your original rights.
Invitations and guests
Invitation owners are responsible for event details, permission to use guest information and sending links to the intended recipients. Do not publish guest links openly. An RSVP records a guest’s response and does not guarantee attendance or the final number of guests.
Availability and external services
Features may change or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance or incident handling. External mapping, sign-in and messaging services have their own provider terms. Report a problem or inaccurate content with the relevant page link.
Responsibility and contact
Each party remains responsible under its agreements and applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions or to challenge an account or listing action, email info@farhetna.com.
