How Farhetna uses account, listing, invitation and website interaction information.

Scope and contact
This policy describes Farhetna’s directory and invitation services. Contact info@farhetna.com for privacy questions and data requests. Hosting, security services and other installed plugins may process additional data depending on site configuration.
Information you provide
Account information includes your name, email and profile details. Vendor data includes business descriptions, contacts, locations, photos, services and reviews. Claims include a name, phone number, email and message. Published listing information and reviews are available to visitors and search engines. You may also provide a phone number, residence city, language preference, event date and guest range. Private vendor profiles may include a legal name, commercial registration number and country, contact person and business contact details and address. These private details are available to the account owner and administrators and are not automatically published in listings.
Google or Facebook sign-in
If you choose social sign-in, the provider authenticates you and the enabled login service receives authorised account details, such as an account identifier, name, email and photo depending on the provider and configuration. Farhetna does not receive your Google or Facebook password. The provider’s own policy also applies.
Invitations and guest information
Event details, guest lists, contact information, party sizes and RSVPs are stored to manage invitations. The invitation owner manages this information and a guest accesses their details through their link. Owners must have appropriate permission to add other people’s information. Anyone holding a guest link may be able to view or respond to that invitation; do not share it publicly.
Searches, visits and interactions
When directory analytics is enabled and a visitor agrees, we record searches, search terms, filters, result counts, listing visits and views, card impressions and WhatsApp, directions, save and compare actions. This helps evaluate performance and understand demand. These events do not record WhatsApp conversation contents. Vendors receive aggregate statistics for their own listings; administrators can access broader reports.
Cookies and measurement preferences
WordPress sessions and sign-in services use cookies for authentication and security. Comparison choices, analytics consent and some browsing state are stored in your browser. Change directory analytics consent using Privacy preferences below. Declining measurement does not prevent browsing; disabling essential cookies may affect sign-in. Tracking by other plugins is configured separately.
External services and data sharing
Technical providers support hosting, email delivery and security. Loading a map connects your browser to the OpenStreetMap tile provider or the configured provider, which may receive your IP address and request details. Opening WhatsApp or social links takes you to an external service. Vendors handle the information you send under their own practices. Providers may operate in other countries where applicable laws govern processing.
Retention and protection
Account, listing and invitation data is retained as needed to provide the service and handle requests. The configured retention period for directory analytics events is 90 days; older events are removed by scheduled cleanup. Backups and hosting logs may follow different retention schedules. We use access controls, request verification and technical safeguards; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests and policy changes
You can request access, correction or deletion by email. We verify identity and explain the action available and any applicable retention requirements. Avoid entering sensitive information in searches or public content. Updates to this policy are identified by the revision date below.
