The bath ritual moves through steam, Jacuzzi and heated marble, followed by exfoliation with a traditional kese cloth, bay-leaf soap, rinsing and massage. Longer rituals include selected masks. The published classic Turkish Bath lasts 90 minutes and costs JOD 30, including a 15-minute body massage. The Crystal Turkish Bath is also listed at 90 minutes, for JOD 40, and adds exfoliation with butter and Dead Sea mineral salt crystals. The Moroccan Bath lasts 120 minutes and is listed at JOD 80, with a longer massage and a Moroccan mud and herb mask. A standalone full-body massage lasts 45 minutes.

The ladies’ bridal selection includes Silver, Golden and Diamond packages. Silver combines the bath ritual with a 45-minute special-oil massage, a facial mask, foot softening and full-body waxing or sugaring. Golden comprises the bath ritual, a 45-minute massage, Moroccan mud and herb masks for the face and body, and full-body waxing or sugaring. Diamond adds steam facial cleansing and blackhead removal to the Golden combination. Standalone facial care, foot care and full-face threading are also listed.

Reservations are free, with payment at the bath on the day of the visit. The booking policy requests arrival ten minutes before the appointment. Changes or cancellations require at least four hours’ notice by telephone or a reply to the confirmation email. For changes or cancellations to bridal packages and VIP reservations, the notice period is at least 24 hours because a private room and therapist are reserved. Late arrival may shorten the treatment.
