Track RSVPs and invitation activity
Understand each guest’s response, attending count and allocated places.
Review guest status
Open Manage Guests for the relevant invitation. Review pending, confirmed or declined status and the recorded attending count.
Distinguish the counts
Allowed people is the invitation allocation; attending count is the submitted response. Opening an invitation does not confirm attendance.
Reset a reply when needed
If a guest asks to change their reply, use Reset when shown beside the recorded response, then have them reopen their link and confirm again.
Interpret activity
Open tracking can be reduced by browser restrictions or tracking preferences. An open count does not prove message reading or an exact number of unique people.
