Review listing activity, inquiries and platform updates in your workplace.
Open Workplace
Sign in with your Vendor account and open Workplace. Vendor tools show data for listings owned by that account.
Manage inquiries
Open Inquiries, review the customer details and message, and update the status to reflect real progress: New, Viewed, Contacted, In Progress, Completed or Closed.
Read updates
Open Updates for Farhetna notices and account or listing-improvement messages.
Understand analytics
Choose a date range in Analytics. Impressions measure visible cards; views measure listing-page opens. A WhatsApp click does not prove that a message was sent or a booking confirmed.
