Online Wedding Invitations in Jordan: Give Guests a Clear Program

A useful online wedding invitation does more than announce a date. It tells guests where to go, when to arrive and what happens next. Here is how to turn several wedding-day details into one clear program.

Plan the guest’s day, not the production schedule

List the moments guests actually need: arrival, ceremony, dinner or celebration. Hair appointments, private photographs and supplier setup normally belong in your planning notes. Too much detail can hide the one answer guests need most: when should we arrive?

If the ceremony and reception have different locations, create separate program entries with recognizable venue names. Do not assume everyone knows the order of events or which similarly named hall you mean.

Make every time unambiguous

Separate arrival time from the start of the event. “Guests arrive at 7:00 pm; celebration begins at 7:30 pm” is clearer than an unexplained 7:00. Use the local time at the venue and check the final invitation after saving.

For guests travelling from abroad, say that program times are in Jordan local time. Keep one consistent reference rather than manually converting the same program for different recipients.

Include the route, not just the venue name

Add and test a location link for each stop. Check that the pin points to the correct entrance, rather than a broad district or another branch. A short note about parking or the entrance can go in the program description.

Farhetna invitation programs show the map link as a Location button with a location icon. Test it in the preview and from a guest link before sharing the remaining invitations.

Read both languages on a small screen

If you choose Arabic and English, check names and descriptions in each version. Dates, times and map links are shared details; the explanation should still read naturally in the selected language. Keep headings short and put extra information in the description.

Ask someone who has not helped plan the wedding to read it. If they can identify the arrival time and location without calling you, the program is doing its job.

Tell guests when the plan changes

After changing a time or location, save and inspect the published invitation. Do not assume editing the page notified every guest. Send a clear update to affected people, stating what changed and repeating the correct time or location.

FAQ

Common questions

Is a venue link enough?

Include the venue name, a tested location link and a clear arrival time for each program entry. A link supplements the information; it does not replace it.
