How to Send a Personal WhatsApp Wedding Invitation to Each Guest
Sending everyone the same image is simple, but it does not connect replies to guest records. A personal invitation link gives each guest clearer information and gives you a more organized way to follow up.
Prepare the records before the messages
Check each guest’s name, phone number with country code and allocated number of people. For a household invitation, use a recognizable household name and agree the allocation rather than leaving recipients to guess who is included.

Publish first, then open the guest’s message
After reviewing the design, time and location, publish the invitation and open guest management. The WhatsApp action on a guest row prepares a message using that guest’s name, the couple’s names, their allocation and their private invitation link.
Read the prepared message before pressing Send inside WhatsApp. Opening WhatsApp is not proof of sending or delivery, and does not mean Farhetna automatically sent the message.
Test one complete journey
Start with someone you know and ask them to check their name, allocation and location after opening the link. Check the adults-only sentence too if children are not allowed. Use a guest link rather than the editor’s preview URL.
A warm personal introduction is welcome, but keep the time and link easy to find. A long decorative message can bury the details someone needs while travelling.
Keep every private link with its guest
A guest link is associated with a specific record. Do not paste it into a public group or reuse it for several households. If a relative asks you to invite somebody else, create the correct guest record and send its own link.
Recipients can forward links, so privacy also depends on how they handle them. Politely ask guests not to share theirs; a private URL is not identity verification.
Follow up selectively
Check the attendance status before sending a reminder. Exclude removed guests and people who have declined. Use a short message asking for confirmation, and do not assume opening the invitation means accepting it. Set an internal response deadline before giving the venue your final count.
